Rosa Frauenschuh was founded by Elisabeth Frauenschuh-Broz, with Rosa being her second name, passed down from her grandmother—who instilled in her a deep love for handcraft and beautiful pieces. This connection to tradition and craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we create. Elisabeth is passionate about designing unique and meaningful pieces, each with its own story to tell.
Her travels on the search for handcraft across Austria, France, Italy, and India have allowed her to explore the world of artisanal work, where she has met and collaborated with talented artists and makers.
